 MSgt Stevie Hinton 


BIOGRAPHY

Master Sergeant Stevie Hinton is an Aerospace Science Instructor at Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet Group MS781, Biloxi High School in Biloxi, Mississippi.  He retired exactly 20 years 6 months after entering the Air Force in 1987.  He entered the service as Security Policeman Specialist and crossed-trained after 3 ½ years into Education and Training. MSgt Hinton first duty station was Osan Air Base Republic of Korea from 1987-1988 where he was assigned to the 51st Security Forces Squadron.  In 1988, he received orders to Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 1988-1992 assigned to the 3200th Mission Support Squadron.  From there he moved to Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi Miss, from 1992-1996 and assigned to the 81st Mission Support Squadron.  In 1996, he accepted assignment that took him to Elmendorf Air Force Base, Anchorage Alaska, where he was assigned to the 3rd Logistics Support Squadron at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska.  In 2002, he accepted an assignment that took him to Little Rock Air Base, Jacksonville, Arkansas, he was assigned to the 463rd Maintenance Operation Squadron. He performed duties as a Unit Education and Training Manager.  In Oct of 2005 he accepted a special duty assignment to the 335th Training Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.
