1. Log in to MECCA Account.  Click here to update

2.  From the "Profile" screen, select "Applications"

3.  On the "Applications" screen, select "+New"

4.  From the drop down menu, choose "Name Change Request"

5.  Select "Start Application"

6.  Select "Name Change" and complete the required fields,

7.  Then upload your documentation (Federal ID Card, State ID Card, Social Security Card, Driver's License, Birth Certificate, Marriage License, Divorce Decree, Passport)

8.  Enter your PIN and submit the application.
