Biloxi First was founded in 1989 by a dedicated group of citizens to support the creative endeavors of teachers. The Biloxi First Educational Fund established in 2003 now exceeds $1,000,000.00 thanks to the generosity of local businesses, organizations, and individuals. The Biloxi First Educational Endowment Fund continues to grow through membership donations, named grant donations, and proceeds from the annual Biloxi First Roast.
