Welcome to Biloxi Excel By 5!

We are proud to be the eighth Excel By 5 Certified Early Learning Childhood Community.  We were certified on June 16, 2011.  A team of educators, community leaders, and parents worked together to help make Biloxi a “Child Friendly” Community.  We support parents and children by connecting them with available resources and services they need to lead healthy strong lives.

Our Parent Resource Center provides interactive play in multiple themed rooms as well as special events throughout the year. Please see below for orientation dates and times. 

We are located on the Lopez School campus, 140 St. John Avenue, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530. 
Parking is available on Wilkes Avenue; please use the Wilkes Avenue entrance.
